| My car is a 1969 Plymouth Valiant. The car started its life with a slant six engine with an automatic transmission. Since I bought the car, I have made some improvements. It now has a 360 engine with a 4- speed transmission. I have installed heavy duty rear springs, bigger torsion bars, an 8.75 “ rear axle with 3.55 gears with a sure grip. It is a lot of fun to drive and slam gears with the pistol grip shifter. Future plans include a 440 engine and a new paint job over the original paint that’s still on the car. |
